Coming 2026 · Android first, iOS to follow
See what moves
together.
Do your worst spending days follow your worst nights’ sleep? A sleep app and a budgeting app can’t tell you. VitaSync keeps sleep, training, food, money and mood in one place and shows you what moves together.

The problem
Five apps, and none of them talk to each other
Each app sees one slice of your week. None of them can show you how the slices line up.
Scattered everywhere
Sleep in one app, food in another, money in a spreadsheet, mood nowhere. Five logins to answer one question about your week.
Too slow to keep up
Logging one day across three apps takes time, and people give up. In a study of popular mental health apps, a median of 3.9% of new users opened the app on day 15 (Baumel et al., 2019).
Blind to the connections
You can see that you slept badly and that you overspent. Separate apps can’t show you that the two keep landing on the same days.

Dark logos sync in the Android beta. Greyed-out ones are on the roadmap. Steps, sleep and heart rate fill themselves in. The rest takes a few taps.
Everything you track, in one app
Six areas of your life and twenty-plus metrics. Every metric is optional, so you can track all of it or just three things.
Health and body
Sleep, food with real macros, water, supplements, caffeine and alcohol.
Fitness and activity
Workouts with sets, reps and personal records, plus daily steps, resting heart rate and meditation minutes.
Mind and wellbeing
Energy, mood and stress in a few taps, plus screen time and a one-line journal.
Money
Daily spending against budgets, plus assets, liabilities and net worth over time.
Productivity and habits
Deep work hours, custom yes/no habit streaks, and goals like "read 10 pages" or "no alcohol today".
Insights and tools
Connections across your metrics, weekly reports, reminders, custom metrics, and export to CSV or JSON.
What it finds
Patterns across sleep, money and mood
The Insights tab checks how your metrics moved together and shows the pairs that stood out. These are examples. Yours will be your own.
Sleep and Spending
On nights under six hours, next-day spending ran 38% higher.
A budgeting app cannot see this. It never knew you slept badly.
Caffeine and Mood
Mood scored highest on two-coffee days and dropped after four.
Found from two ten-second logs a day. No diary required.
Training and Deep work
Gym days came with 1.4 more hours of deep work than rest days.
Health next to productivity, in the same chart.
Ten seconds a day
How the app works
Log in a few taps, check your week on one screen, and find what moved together. Tap a step to see its screen.
Why trust us
Built by someone who needed it first
Thomas Fawcett
Founder, VitaSync · Building in the open
“I built VitaSync because I was the person with five tracking apps and a budgeting spreadsheet, and I quit every one of them. None of them showed me how my sleep, training, spending and mood actually moved together. So I’m building the tool I wish existed: fast enough to keep up with, and honest enough to never sell what it learns about you.”
Frequently asked questions
How much does VitaSync cost? +
The beta is free. At launch there will be a free plan and an optional paid plan, and waitlist members get a discount on it. Prices come closer to launch. We would rather charge you than sell your data.
What happens to my data? +
It stays yours. No ads, no resale, no third-party sharing. You can export everything at any time, as a full JSON copy or a CSV summary for spreadsheets. End-to-end encryption is on the roadmap.
Can I import from other apps? +
In the beta, VitaSync reads steps, sleep, resting heart rate, calories burned, weight and water from Android Health Connect and Samsung Health. Your existing history comes with you. Apple Health follows with the iOS release. Fitbit, Strava, your calendar, your bank and CSV import are on the roadmap.
When does it launch? +
Beta is targeted for 2026. The waitlist gets access first, in order.
Which platforms is it on? +
VitaSync is a native mobile app, because a ten-second daily check-in belongs on your phone. The beta is Android first, with iOS to follow. A web companion comes after the mobile beta.
