VitaSync vs Bearable
A Bearable alternative for life beyond symptoms
Bearable is one of the most thoughtful health trackers around. It was built for people managing conditions like anxiety, migraines, fatigue and ADHD. It is very good at showing what affects your symptoms and mood.
VitaSync starts from a different question. Instead of symptoms, it looks at the everyday areas people try to improve: sleep, training, food, spending and mood, and how they move together. If you are not managing a condition and want your whole week in one place, that difference matters.

- You are not managing a condition and want a broad view of your week
- You want a daily check-in built to take about ten seconds

The beta column is what testers get first, on Android. The 1.0 column is our plan for the public launch, so it can change. Planned means it is on the roadmap but not in that release. We checked Bearable’s side against its own website on 17 September 2026. Apps change, so check theirs for the latest.
Why you might switch
You might want the kind of insight Bearable gives without managing a condition at all, applied to sleep, training, food and money. VitaSync logs all of those in the same place, so a question like “do I spend more after a short night?” has an answer.
Where Bearable is still the better pick
If you are managing a health condition, Bearable is likely the better tool. Symptoms and medication are its core, it covers things like your menstrual cycle, and it is available today on iPhone and Android. You can track a symptom in VitaSync as a custom metric, but the app was not designed around them, and the beta is Android only.
Questions
Is VitaSync a symptom tracker?
No. You can track any symptom as a custom metric, and it will join the connections. But VitaSync is designed for everyday areas like sleep, training, food, spending and mood. If symptoms are your main focus, Bearable is built for that.
Does VitaSync give medical advice?
No. VitaSync shows what moved together in your own data and says how sure it is. It never claims one thing caused another, and it is not a medical device.
When can I use VitaSync?
The beta starts on Android in 2026, with iOS to follow. It is free, and the waitlist gets invites first, in order.
