VitaSync vs Exist.io
The correlation idea you love, built for your phone
Exist.io is built on a good idea: the interesting part of your data is how your metrics move together. If you already think in correlations, you understand exactly what VitaSync is for.
The difference is shape. Exist gets most of its value from the services you connect to it. VitaSync is built around a ten-second daily check-in on your phone, with workouts, food and spending logged in the same place as your mood.

The beta column is what testers get first, on Android. The 1.0 column is our plan for the public launch, so it can change. Planned means it is on the roadmap but not in that release. We checked Exist.io’s side against its own website on 17 September 2026. Apps change, so check theirs for the latest.
Why you might switch
You might live on your phone rather than a dashboard, and want food, training and money in the picture as well as mood. VitaSync is designed so the daily habit fits into your day. The link between a bad night, an expensive week and a low mood is then hard to miss.
Where Exist.io is still the better pick
Exist.io is available now, has years of polish, and connects to a long list of services on the web, iPhone and Android. VitaSync starts as an Android beta that reads Health Connect, and direct connections to services like Fitbit and Strava come later. If you want a mature correlation tool today, Exist.io is a great choice. If you want that idea rebuilt around a quick check-in with training, food and money included, that is what we are building.
Questions
How is VitaSync different from Exist.io?
Exist.io correlates your personal data to find what affects your mood and productivity. VitaSync shares that goal, but it is built around a ten-second daily check-in on your phone. It logs workouts, food and spending in the same app, rather than relying mostly on connected services.
Does VitaSync connect to my bank?
Not in the beta or at launch. You enter spending and net worth in the daily check-in. Bank sync is planned after launch as part of a paid plan, because bank data costs money to fetch.
When can I use VitaSync?
The beta starts on Android in 2026, with iOS to follow. It is free, and the waitlist gets invites first, in order.
