VitaSync vs Welltory
Welltory measures your body. See how it connects to the rest of your day
Welltory is built around heart rate variability. Using your phone camera or a wearable, it reads how stressed or recovered your body is and shows what drains your energy. If you want a physiological read on stress, it goes deeper than most apps.
VitaSync does not measure your body directly. It brings together what your phone already tracks and what you do. That means sleep and steps from Health Connect, a quick mood, energy and stress check-in, and the workouts, food and spending you log. Then it shows how those move together.
At a glance

Pick VitaSync if
- You want food, workouts and spending in the same picture as how you feel
- You would rather log a ten-second check-in than take a measurement
- You are on Android and happy to join a free beta

The beta column is what testers get first, on Android. The 1.0 column is our plan for the public launch, so it can change. Planned means it is on the roadmap but not in that release. We checked Welltory’s side against its own website on 17 September 2026. Apps change, so check theirs for the latest.
Why you might switch
If you want the reasons behind the scores, look at the rest of your day. A low energy reading means more next to how you slept, what you spent, whether you trained and what you ate. VitaSync puts those in one log so the connections are there to see.
Where Welltory is still the better pick
If heart rate variability is what you care about, Welltory is the better tool. VitaSync does not measure HRV, and in the beta the only heart data it reads is resting heart rate. Welltory also connects to far more devices today and runs on both iPhone and Android.
Questions
Does VitaSync measure HRV or stress?
No. Stress in VitaSync is a quick 1 to 10 rating you log, and resting heart rate syncs from Health Connect. If you want stress measured from your heart rate, Welltory does that.
Can I use VitaSync and Welltory together?
Yes. Anything your wearable shares to Health Connect, such as sleep, steps and resting heart rate, is available to VitaSync too.
When can I use VitaSync?
The beta starts on Android in 2026, with iOS to follow. It is free, and the waitlist gets invites first, in order.
