VitaSync is a personal life tracking platform that allows you to log and monitor health, fitness, financial, and lifestyle data in one unified dashboard. The service is currently in development; features and availability may change.
You must be at least 16 years old to use VitaSync. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of all data you input into VitaSync. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service to you.

VitaSync will offer paid subscription plans. Pricing will be communicated before launch. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
VitaSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
VitaSync is a tracking and insights tool, not a medical device or financial advisor. The information provided through our service is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or financial advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
