Roadmap

What we are building, in the open

We would rather show you the honest version than a polished marketing one. Here is where VitaSync is today, what is coming next, and what we are still thinking through. Plans shift as we learn, and the order is shaped by what waitlist members ask for.

Now: building the core

The heart of the app, heading for a 2026 beta.

  • Six areas of life in one place

    Done

Health and body, fitness, mind, money, productivity and insights, with twenty-plus optional metrics. Track three things or thirty.

  • A ten-second daily check-in

    Done

A quick-add flow that captures mood, water, sleep and spend in a few taps, fast enough to actually stick.

  • Custom metrics

    Building

Track anything we have not thought of, with your own numbers, scales and yes or no toggles.

  • Workouts and nutrition

    Done

Sets, reps and personal records, plus a searchable food database with real per-item macros.

  • Automatic health sync

    Building

Sleep, steps, resting heart rate, workouts and calories from Android Health Connect and Samsung Health today, with Apple Health next. All on-device, with no account or backend required.

  • Correlations and weekly report

    Done

The layer that flags what moved together, like sleep and spending, or caffeine and mood.

  • Cloud backup and export

    Building

Sync across devices, restore after a reinstall, and export everything to CSV or JSON. Your data is never locked in.

At launch: the 1.0 release

Committed for the public launch, on top of the beta core.

  • More automatic sync

    Planned

Fitbit, Strava and your calendar, joining the sources that sync without any typing.

  • A simple subscription

    Planned

A free tier that does the real work, with a paid plan for the heavier features. We would rather charge you than sell your data.

  • Bring your history with you

    Planned

CSV import from other apps and spreadsheets, so nothing is lost when you switch.

  • Web companion

    Planned

A browser view that follows the mobile app, for the times a bigger screen helps.

  • End-to-end encryption

    Planned

For your most sensitive health and financial data, on top of encryption in transit and at rest.

After launch: going further

Where we head once the core is solid. Not promises, and your feedback shapes the order.

  • Bank and open-banking sync

    Planned

Categorised spending and balances from your bank. A premium integration, added once it can pay for the cost of running it.

  • 100+ integrations

    Exploring

Garmin, Oura, Withings, Spotify, Notion, Revolut, Steam and dozens more across health, fitness, money, productivity and media. Free sources come as standard, paid ones are premium.

  • Lag correlations

    Exploring

Spotting that poor sleep predicts a low mood the next day, not just on the same day.

  • Experiment mode

    Exploring

Run a personal test, like no caffeine after 2pm for two weeks, and see what actually changed.

  • Smarter reminders

    Exploring

Nudges that learn when a quick check-in fits your day, never engagement-bait.
